Not only is our Book Of The Night called Dreamships – this year’s Åcon excursion is also ship-themed!
On Friday, we are visiting the tall ship Pommern, which is part of the Åland Maritime Museum, right up the street from Adlon.
We will have a guided tour, and after that everyone who wants can have their picture taken by Henry Söderlund. He will be setting up his portable portrait studio on board the ship, upper or lower decks, depending on what kind of weather we have.
We will meet at 11 am at the museum entrance. The tour of Pommern is expected to take an hour or an hour and a half, depending on how many questions the participants have. The entry ticket is also valid for the main museum.
Tickets including the tour and the museum entry are 20 euros for adults, 15 euros for children aged 7-17, students and pensioners. Those who have the Finnish museum card need only pay six euros for the tour.
